General Conditions of Sale

The client declare to have read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale before proceeding with the booking. Booking confirmation is therefore equal to acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Payment methods, bank charges : We accept payments in euro by credit card, by bank transfer and by Wise for transfers from abroad. Costs generated by the transaction shall be borne by the client.
Number of people : The renting is established for a given number of people. In case of exceedance, the owner can refuse additional.
Arrival and departure times :
Arrival: from 3pm
Check Out: before 11 am
Advance : Payment of the entire rental is requested during booking process. Booking is thus guaranteed upon receipt of the payment. In case of cancellation, the deposit amount will be refunded subtracting cancellation fees detailed below.
Cancellation fees :
- If cancellation is made less than 48h before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the reservation price will be charged
- If cancellation is made between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 75% of the reservation price will be charged
- If cancellation is made between more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply
- If the customer does not reach out before his/her scheduled arrival date and does not notify the owner, the latter may dispose of his guest rooms.
In the event of a shortened stay, regardless of the causes, the price of the entire stay will be charged and no refund shall apply.
- Covid19: in the event of government measures forcing the cancellation of a stay, no cancellation fees will be applied.
Responsibility : Any material damage caused by the customer will be charged additionnally.

Customers acknowledge being covered by a civil liability insurance. They are responsible of any damage they cause.

The Nid des Corbières cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of objects belonging to guests, during their stay.
Litigation : Any reclamation will only be taken into account if it is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, at the latest one month after the end of the stay.
Internet connection : A free internet connection is available in the property : customers cannot hold the owner responsible in case of dysfunction. .

Customers are responsible of any illegal download, recording or connection.

Can I make a reservation at Le Nid des Corbières despite the Covid-19?

Yes, it is possible to make reservations. We apply the sanitary protocol relative to the reception in guest rooms in order to ensure the safety of all.

Barrier gestures are respected.

- Contact surfaces (such as switches, door handles, remote controls, bathrooms and WC) are cleaned with a certified disinfectant after every stay.

- Rooms are aerated during housework.

- Bed and bathroom linens are washed at 60oC (140 oF), long program.

- Dishes are washed at 70oC (158 oF), long program.

In case of governmental measures forcing the cancellation of a stay, it will be refunded without conditions.

What exactly is a guest house?

The rooms of hosts are furnished rooms located at the inhabitant, envisaged to accomodate tourists on a purely financial basis, for one or more nights with the breakfast and being able to be accompanied by services.

Covid19: In case of governmental measures forcing the cancellation of a stay, it will be refunded without conditions.

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the reservation price is due

In case of cancellation between 2 and 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the price of the reservation is due

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date, the totality of the stay will be refunded
